Payment and delivery
We want you to receive ordered products in time.
We do our best for this.
Please note that the delivery time depends on:
- us, as a manufacturer and supplier;
- delivery service, bringing products to you;
- you as a customer.
So here are some tips on how to receive our products as soon as possible:
- Prefer ordering by email. This will reduce the possibility of incorrect processing of your order (human factor), it will help you to track the order history and its timely processing as well.
- Orders by emails are accepted 24/7/365. Our managers receve and process you orders by phone from Monday till Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 with no lunch break. Products are shipped from 9:30 to 16:00.
- When making an order, specify the delivery service and department number where you want to take the product from.
- If you make an order for the first time, please send copies of your company documents (registration certificate, tax registration certificate, etc.) by e-mail.
- Please note that we cannot send products to individual person until we actually receive money on our bank account; as for legal entities, without the letter of attorney. So take care in advance and send us a copy of letter of attorney by e-mail.
- Orders taken until 13:00, you will be sent the same day (excluding cases of contingencies).
- Orders taken after 13:00 will be sent to delivery service about 17:00 the same day, and as a result whey will automatically be processed by the carrier and shipped the next day.
- Products are sent to customers on terms of FCA, EXW, according to international rules INKOMTERMS 2010.
